The Westin Hotel is the ideal location for Cohenite accommodation during the festival this July. It is not simply near most of the venues -- it is one of the main venues! There will be a wide variety of events held at the Westin July 23-28 (Wednesday thru Monday), including open mikes, a poetry evening, a rocking dance party and much much more. In addition to the 24hr hospitality suite, where registration will be held, and numerous activities hosted in or near the Westin, it is also across the street from our main concert venue (no need to fight with an unfamiliar bus system)!

CUT-OFF DATE
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into room block is June 24, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability. The rooms are likely to go quickly and we strongly advise booking by April 15th.
These guest room rates will also be offered by the hotel 2 days prior and 2 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.
